History
Sri Ajithanatha Thirthankar Jinalayam at Ambatore is one of the recently constructed Jain Temple on the northern outskirts of Cheenai. Besides a beautifully carved stone image of Ajitha Thirthankar, the temple has many metal idols. On the first floor of the temple, religious classes are conducted.
