History
Shree Godiji Parshvnath Dada’s Jain Derasar, the Idol of Godijidada is supposed to be 400 years old. This was got from Jamalpur area, in the heart of the city. Subjected to many Communal Riots of the past, the Jain Temple was attacked on several occasions. To ensure the sanctity of the Idol, it was shifted from the ancient temple to this New Teerth.
